We have completed a variety of projects and are mindful of costs. Unlike many other competitors, who quote a price but still charge add-ons as the project proceeds, when giving a quotation, we look at all material and labour costs to give the client a true cost.

We believe that the specification is of supreme importance and will work with the client to ensure that this is complete and thorough, allowing the project to go on with ease.

We have a dedicated buying office to source all materials and will work with the client to offer solutions to any sourcing issues. We regard material costs as paramount and hence have built relationships with many key national suppliers.

At Eurocap International Ltd, we work with the client's needs at the forefront of our mind. Having in the past dealt with contractors working on my own homes, I know how many obstacles one can encounter. Our teams and I endeavour to avoid this as much as possible, allowing our clients to be at ease throughout the whole project, rest- assured knowing that they will receive a bespoke luxury service with the highest quality finish.

I have over 20 years of experience working with high-end residential properties, ranging from large family homes to small apartments. 

We work on a basis of managing our client’s project, handling all purchasing and ensuring all the work is carried out to the client’s instruction. We work very closely with architects, designers, party wall surveyors and structural engineers. We manage all these parties in-house to provide a turn-key solution. 

Our teams have vast experience with many different areas of construction. We pride ourselves on our purchasing and sourcing ability as we have very good contacts with national building product suppliers, as well as suppliers of bathrooms, kitchens and joinery. We thus ensure that the client gets the best value for money on projects and this approach takes the responsibility away from the building team so they can get on with what they know best!
